Need to Login EVERY TIME!

Since you switched from SEOMoz to Moz, every time I access the site (no matter if I close the browser or not) I am asked to login again, even though I am selecting the "Remember Me" option.
Can you please fix that?
PS: Same thing happens with OSE.

I wanted to follow up and let you know that our engineers have released a fix that should stop our emails from crashing Outlook. If you are still running into any trouble with our emails, please let us know.

Good morning everyone. We have released a fix for the login in issue. You will need to log out and log back in with the Remember Me box clicked, but that should resolve the problem going forward.
In regard to the issues with Outlook, we are aware of that issue, as well, and we are investigating a fix for that.Unfortunately, I don't have any kind of ETA for when that will be fixed at this time. I will keep you updated when I have any further information on the issue.

While you are on it, please have a look at what Christopher mentioned. I think the issue is caused when outlook tries to access amazon cdn to get the avatar of the person that wrote the question response. I had to blacklist Moz.com from my trusted senders just to make outlook block the images within the question responses emails.

I'm very sorry that you are running into this login issue! We are aware of the problem and our engineers are working to correct the cookie issue as quickly as possible. We should be able to release a fix sometime this week that will allow you to stay logged in.

That's your browser saving your password, not Moz. Their "Remember Me" feature is simply not working. Sessions only last about 3 hours or so.

Same happens to me, although it remembers my password, it would be nice to avoid login page

Yeah, noticed that too! That is caused by Amazon's CDN because they are embedding images that do not load. My solution for that was removing moz.com from my safe domains and now images aren't loaded in their messages, so no hangs. Hope that helps you.
I guess it isn't easy for Moz to correct all issues arising with the change, but let's hope they are at least trying.

I use LastPass so it's not quite as frustrating, but I do have to login frequently.
Of course, far more frustrating is the extremely long period that Outlook hangs due to an apparent Moz image that will not load.

Guys, I've brought this up with Moz team on Twitter - they said they're having it internally as well and are working on fixing it - hopefully will be resolved soon

Yeah, the 'Remember Me' option doesn't really work. They need to fix it.

Unsolved Almost every new page become Discovered - currently not indexed
Almost every new page that I create becomes Discovered - currently not indexed. It started a couple of months ago, before that all pages were indexed within a couple of weeks. Now there are pages that have not been indexed since the beginning of September. From a technical point of view, the pages are fine and acceptable for a Google bot. The pages are in the sitemap and have content. Basically, these are texts of 1000+ or 2000+ words. I've tried adding new content to pages and even transferring content to a new page with a different url. But in this way, I managed to index only a couple of pages. Has anyone encountered a similar problem?

I have a client who wants to have their own Moz login. I want to move them out on to a new plan from the Standard (5 campaigns) plan. Can I do this?
For years I've been managing campaigns in Moz through Moz Pro. This enables up to 5 campaigns. One of my clients wants access to their campaign and are happy to pay for a new Moz Standard account just for them. My question is - can this be done? They would like my company (or more specifically me) to still have admin access to the account. I'm confused as to whether multi-seat is the right way to go? I don't want my client to login to my current Moz Pro account as I have other client's campaigns on it. Can anyone help as to the best approach.

Changed to HTTPS: Do I need to update Moz?
Hi Everyone! I have moved my website from HTTP to HTTPS. I believe that I've done everything correctly. Now that I've done that, do I need to update my Moz campaign (and how to do that)? Or, will Moz handle it itself? Or, do I need to create a new campaign with the HTTPS url? Thanks so much!

Moz login token, time to live...
Suspect it's just a wrinkle as a result of the change from seomoz to moz, but on seomoz the remember me checkbox had a time to live of a few weeks, possibly a month, which was excellent. Since the great rebranding and migration (which is excellent by the way), time to live from ticking remember me is in the order of a couple of hours, which is pretty annoying. Any chance the web folks could bump it up a little, better yet put it back to 30 days? 🙂

Report is scheduled for next month - need it now
Hi all, I just made a report from Moz pro. After selecting all the reports I wanted clicked finished. My report would send by e-mail to me and my account address. But I still haven't received any report.
