Way of including Keyword into content
-
Hi all!
My website is that of a large 7 bedroom luxury villa in Barbados (www.bruadair.com). Now, I am having problems understanding how i can include my targeted keywords in to my content without it looking unnatural and disrupting the quality of the content.
I wish to use the keyword phrase 'Large luxury villa in Barbados' however including this directly into on-page elements seems to look unnatural. My current content on my home page is as follows 'Bruadair is a large luxurious villa situated on the prestigious Platinum West Coast of Barbados, located in a beautiful tropical setting with gorgeous beaches just minutes walk away'
I want to rank for this keyword however changing to 'Bruadair is a large luxurious villa in Barbados, located in a beautiful tropical setting with gorgeous beaches just minutes walk away' degrades the quality of the content... is there anyway i can get round this issue?
I greatly appreciate any help/advice given to my problem!
Thanks once again,
T

Howdy!
Not necessarily.....I think having competitive keywords means you will have to work a little harder (and smarter) to rank better. Try shortening your keyword phrases....Luxury villas, Large villas, Villas for rent, 7 bedroom villas, etc...All of which could be placed in the content area. I'm sort of new to SEO but in my studies you want keyword rich content. However not to the point that you make it unreadable. Keep the user in mind! Place the keyword you want to rank for in the H1 tag, try putting it in alt tags for images, and in bold at least once. Also I would place your brand name (company name) near the keyword as well so people start associating your company with those keywords.
Your title tag could say something like this:
Large luxury Villas with 7 bedrooms - Name of Company | Barbados
Large luxury Villas with 7 bedrooms - Barbados | Name of Company
Just remember to keep that 70 character limit in mind, and that Google usually uses the title tag as the display link in the organic search results!

Thank you, point taken about keyword placement and usage!
The problem i seem to have with my keywords for this site is that all the keywords i wish to use 'luxury villa in Barbados' 'large villa in Barbados' etc all are extremely competitive and it seems that long tail keywords such as 'large 7 bedroom villa for rent in Barbados' generate no monthly searches (according to the google keyword tool).
With this in mind is it not achievable for me to generate organic traffic through search engines due to the lack of non competitive keywords?

Hello
The first sentence looks alright to me.
'Bruadair is a large luxurious villa situated on the prestigious Platinum West Coast of Barbados, located in a beautiful tropical setting with gorgeous beaches just minutes walk away'
But I'd change the second addition a bit. Including "large luxurios villa" twice seems a bit over the top. Also, this is hardly a keyword that will generate much traffic and matching it twice exactly will look a bit spammy.
For more information about this luxury villa in Barbados do not hesitate to give us a call.

Hey there,
I'd write 'Bruadair is a large luxurious villa situated on the prestigious Platinum West Coast of Barbados, located in a beautiful tropical setting with gorgeous beaches just minutes walk away'
For information about this l_arge luxurious villa in Barbados do not hesitate to give us a call._
Or something similar to this.... That way you keep the original content plus add the specific keywords...
Hope this helps

Thank you for the reply!
Ok i understand your point, but if i wished to rank for that keyword would i have to include it in its complete from within the content?
It is also difficult to simply put 'large luxurious villa in Barbados' in say the title or the url....based on this keywords difficulty to place in important on page elements would it just be best to try and target a new, more 'page friendly' keyword?
Thanks!

But it is a large luxurious villa in Barbados! I've seen many worse cases of aiming for KW with less than irrelvant copy than this. But for advice, questions and context (why someone would rent the house) can be good. So, talking about a large family for instance, or group, you could ask do you need a large luxurious villa in Barbados.. then stating why yours fits the bill.
Think in terms of questions and needs (who your villa would suit) and then writing the content should be easier.

Targeted keywords for landing pages but keyword has a lot of synonyms, how is the best way to approach this?
I'm trying to target one page for one broad 2 word keyword, however, because our niche revolves around this keyword and it's synonyms, the keyword is used on every other page, thus creating the issue of non-targeted pages taking the rank instead of targeted page. I've thought of using synonyms on each page, so that no one page uses the same keyword, but felt this could be seen as spammy or could just hurt overall relevancy towards the main keyword, thus a loss of rank. I understand page authority also plays a part, but also seems that every page other than the page I want get's targeted.

www.heartwavemedia.com - Wordpress - All in One SEO Competitors: photonsf.com, h2video.com, corduroymedia.com, thehivestudios.org I've spent the last week writing and tweaking my landing page copy along with my SEO page titles and descriptions. I think I finally feel pretty good about it but I'd like your professional opinions. Is it too keyword rich? Does it flow naturally? Is the voice fresh? Do my SEO titles vary enough? Thanks in advance for your thoughts and advice.

Where are the Google Search Volumes in Keyword Analysis

Are the Volume numbers from the Keyword Difficulty Tool identical to Google Adwords Keyword Tool?
I use the Keyword Difficulty Tool daily. Because of the troubles with Google's API I can no longer see the search volumes. I still want to use the tool for difficulty numbers because I think this is a much better number than the Google Adwords Competitive bar. If I use the Adwords keyword tool for volume numbers, will that be sufficient? Is this the same as what Moz usually provides? If no, where is the best place to gather volume numbers? Thanks!

How do you optimize for compound keywords
What is the best way to handle keywords like "switchplate covers"? The key word may be seen as either a 2 or 3 word phrase, depending how you handle the compound term: "switch plate" or "switchplate" In google KW it shows different results for switch plate vs switchplate as well as using cover vs covers. I've tried using all the variations in my descriptions, titles and H2s but I think this is diluting them all. Can anyone show me best practice guidelenes or examples of good solutions to these kinds of compound key words? Thanks Handcrafter
