Hi Belinda,
Thanks for the update! I am glad that your campaigns are up and running now. Yes! As far as that login issue, we are working on fixing that. If you have any issues with your individual account in the future, please email the Help Team at help@moz.com. Thanks so much for hanging in there. We appreciate your patience.

Hi Christy
It is working now thank you. Although I am finding that the system doesn't always save my campaign settings. For example, after adding social and competitor information, then when I return to the interface, having signed out and signed back in, I need to add some settings again, such as the campaigns social settings and competitor settings. Currently now, all is saving correctly.
Regards
Belinda

Hi,
I have now tried this stage on:
iMac : Safari, Chrome, Firefox - cookies allowed
Mac Mini: Safari, Chrome, Firefox - cookies allowed
iPad
PC: Chrome, Opera, Firefox - cookies allowed
every single time I add the first stage details of Campaign name and site to track, press next, the wheel spins then nothing, all options remain greyed out.
This is very annoying when your information says you can get up and running in 5 minutes.
Can you advise please.
Belinda

sounds as if there is something wrong with your settings within the browsers in general... do you accept cookies?
If you have the possibility to use a different PC/MAC or even a tablet you should try out that...
I use moz with Opera under Win 7 Ultimate and everything works fine...

Hi, When I go to Creat a Campaign, stage one seems to be 'basics' I enter a campaign name and a site to track, press next and then nothing happens...
It doesn't take me to the next stage.
I have tried the form in Safari, Firefox and Chrome, nothing happens to take me to the next stage of setting up a campaign ?

how many time has passed since you set up your campaign?
It might take up to 1 week until you get any (first) data...

When setting up a new campaign for a client should I add keywords
I'm new to Moz and SEO. When setting up a new campaign there are some keywords pre-filled. Sometimes there are a lot. Sometimes they are very client-specific rather than for the sector or for a search. Sometimes there are very few poor quality keywords. Should I research keywords so that there are as many as possible relevant keywords when first setting up the campaign or leave it as it is and add keywords later?

Getting Started: Multiple Campaigns VS Single Campaign
I'm new to Moz and am trying to determine whether to create multiple campaigns broken out into product categories or a single campaign and label keywords by product category. I figure the majority of the folks in the Moz Community are in agency space, so most probably prefer a single campaign per client. We're an in-house marketing team so we have the ability to track up to 10 campaigns but only need to track a single website. I like the idea of having the different campaigns for different product categories, but I don't want to make things overly complex either. Just because you can do something doesn't necessarily mean you should.

Not able to access Moz pro page and my campaigns
Hi, I could not able to access my campaign pages (pro home page). I received the below issue while logged into my account. This webpage has a redirect loop The webpage at http://moz.com/pro/home has resulted in too many redirects. Clearing your cookies for this site or allowing third-party cookies may fix the problem. If not, it is possibly a server configuration issue and not a problem with your computer. Learn more about this problem. Error code: ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS I have checked on both firefox, chrome browsers after cleared the history and cookies. Also checked with different ISP providers. But received the same. Has anyone experienced the same? Plz help.

Campaign set-up is stalling at GA connection.
Hi! I'm trying to set up my first campaign, however at the step where it suggests connection to Google Analytics, when I click "Skip" it stalls... and never continues. I'm just testing your services, at the moment - I I definitely do not want to connect to GA at this point. How do I proceed?

What's the best approach to campaigns?
We have lot's of vertical markets (roughly 13), and lot's of business area's (7). From a reporting perspective I need to report by business area, as well as by vertical market. On top of this, we have 9 regional website.
