Hi All
I am having trouble getting my business listing on the right hand side of the page for branded google searches.
I have added the rel publisher tag to my website and have also connected my website through my google business profile. It shows as verified on my google+ page but it still does not appear.
Can anyone offer some advice?

Have you used Google's recommended structured data to identify your company's social profiles: https://developers.google.com/structured-data/customize/social-profiles? You're also going to need to have enough searcher side input to trigger the knowledge graph as well, so that might be a sticking point for a while if the brand isn't well-recognized: http://youtu.be/mmQl6VGvX-c?t=1m18s

Getting the knowledge graph to show for local brand queries takes a little work for really small local businesses. And there is also often a delay before it populates.
I think It's partially based on prominence, popularity and activity to some degree. Schema could help. Also post to your G+ Local page and be sure your profile is complete. Also getting more citations could possibly help. (Not sure about that last one.)

You could try using Schema to mark up the address on your website.
Does it show up when [brand name] is searched on it's own?

Disconnect MOZ Local and Google My Business
I've had problems with one of our eight branch locations when I connected GMB to Moz Local about a year ago. The location was suspended for being a duplicate. I would like to sever the connection so I could keep Moz Local live but at least temporarily delete the suspended Google My Business. Tracking Phone Numbers in Google My Business Listings and Beyond
Hey all, Wanted to run something by you. I am getting pressed to use tracking phone numbers for all of our GMB pages for over 100 locations across the country. Has anyone done this for their own listings or for their clients? Because I will have to do it for GMB, this means I will be sending these same phone numbers out to the other major directories and data sources around the web. The phone numbers do contain the local area code for each city and do directly connect our customers to their specific location without any kind of redirecting. How is Google looking at this? I have read before it is a no-no but have also read it is not a big deal. Any thoughts would be much appreciated! -Ben

Help with Google+ business name rules
I'm marketing a franchise gym business that has multiple locations within the same city. For the business name, I used to have it set as "Business Name" + City + Tagline. For example: "Ultimate Workout South Calgary Gym and Bootcamps". and "Ultimate Workout North Calgary Gym and Bootcamps". To comply with the google business naming rules I've updated all the listing to just business name. The problem is, now the local search results for my gym locations are confusing. Half the address is cut off in the results, the city is not displayed at all. And sometimes results from a neighbouring city are shown. Anyone have an idea on how to implement a strategy where people at a quick glance understand which location is best for them?

Rankings on Google local search
Hi, I have been experiencing different rankings while searching with Google local site such as on: google.com.mt > English interface google.com.mt > native language interface but still searching in English. The search phrase is always in English. Also in both occasions the SERPs would contain English listings. There would be no Local/Map listings that affect results order. What is the solution to increase visibility on both English interface and native language interface? Thanks! Conrad
