I know how long it takes for google to crawle my website but not sure how long it takes SEOmoz to answer my emails. Maybe 4-5 months?

Give it some time? Very funny!! I think 1 month should be enough. After all i'm a paying customer.. BTW, we've been members since 2007! This is our secondary account.

Farhad,
You've been a member for what, almost 2 months now? Give it some time. Try posting your inquiries here on the Q&A, as the SEO moz community is generally quite quick to answer just about anything you can throw at em. You also have one freebie question a month that you can send to the team, so choose wisely. And be nice to the SEOmoz team - they make this whole thing possible

You could call them at (206) 632-3171
The only time I had to call for anything, they literally had my issue resolved in under 2 minutes from the time I dialed.

I need to track rankings on search engines across different geographies. Does your tool provide the option to track rankings for search engines other than the ones used in US

Is there a way you can determine the time SEOMoz crawls your website
I'm a new user to SEOMoz Pro, and having created a number of campaigns I wanted to know if you can set / schedule when SEOMoz crawls your website? Ideally I want to prevent SEOMoz from crawling my site at certain times, but I can't seem to find a way of doing this. Thanks in advance.

Help with URL parameters in the SEOmoz crawl diagnostics Error report
The crawl diagnostics error report is showing tons of duplicate page titles for my pages that have filtering parameters. These parameters are blocked inside Google and Bing webmaster tools. I do I block them within the SEOmoz crawl diagnostics report?

Is seomoz rogerbot only crawling the subdomains by links or as well by id?
I´m new at seomoz and just set up a first campaign. After the first crawling i got quite a few 404 errors due to deleted (spammy) forum threads. I was sure there are no links to these deleted threads so my question is weather the seomoz rogerbot is only crawling my subdomains by links or as well by ids (the forum thread ids are serially numbered from 1 to x). If the rogerbot crawls as well serially numbered ids do i have to be concerned by the 404 error on behalf of the googlebot as well?

Need a Google Doc That Imports List of Links From SEOMoz API
Does anyone have one they'd like to share. I've seen the great ones by Tom Anthony but I am looking for the list of the first 1000 links that are available as part of the free API to be brought back into a Google Doc.

Errors on my Crawl Diagnostics
I have 51 errors on my Crawl Diagnostics tool.46 are 4xx Client Error. Those 4xx errors are links to products (or categories) that we are not selling them any more so there are inactive on the website but Google still have the links. How can I tell Google not to index them?. Can those errors (and warnings) could be harming my rankings (they went down from position 1 to 4 for the most important keywords) thanks,
