B2B Blogger Outreach

Hi
I'm working on an SEO campaign in relation to vacuum cleaners. I'm working on some outreach and as we focus on B2B I'm finding it difficult to find blogs which are B2B focused.
We would ideally want customers who are buying a number of vacuums for their business - but it could be any industry.
Instead of B2B blogs, I have gone with the angle of cleaning/organising blogs, with lots of followers on social.
However, does anyone know of any good B2B blogs they could recommend? I'm looking for something written by facilities/buildings managers - if blogs like this exist

If you are looking for just straight up "B2B Blogs" and not necessarily ones that focus on cleaning, check out these 10 at http://lrgmarketing.com/blog/10-b2b-blogs-we-like-to-read/. Not sure if this helps, but Igor's tip above is good and you can also search "top commercial cleaning blogs" or "best building maintenance blogs", etc.

Which site as main site? B2C or B2B?
We're currently running two separate sites, one being the "main" page for B2B customers and the other being an online shop targeting B2C customers. Site structure looks like this: <code>[sonnenschirme.at](sonnenschirme.at) = main page / B2B</code> <code>sonnenschirme.at/shop = shop / B2C</code> We're also building a new shop with Shopify which will replace the current shop and it's going to provide a really great user experience (AR models of products etc). Naturally, there are a lot more B2C customers than there are B2B customers (we sell sun umbrellas). The B2C customer type spends around 150€ typically, whereas a B2B customer needs consulting and will spend upwards 10k. B2B is responsible for about 90% of revenue. Both customer types seem to search for the term "sonnenschirme" which is basically just "sun umbrella". Before the shop was accessible at a subdirectory (/shop), it was available on a different domain (not even subdomain), which was really bad for SEO. Once we consolidated both websites into one we've seen a big spike in traffic, due to products etc. of the shop ranking well. As pretty much all competing companies are B2C companies who fight for a share of the "sonnenschirme" keyword, we've been unsure if it wasn't better to have the shop as the main page and the B2B page in a subdirectory. So basically: <code>sonnenschirme.at/subdirname = B2B page

Is media Outreach over?
Last week was the "anti-AdBlock" week for every media in France. They started adding pop-ups asking to disable AdBlock. Their business model based on advertisement is suffering from it. But did they ask their audience what they wanted? I would have told them: ask me questions to know more about myself and personalize my experience instead of pushing more and more ads, until my computer dies from too many scripts! What they decided? Protect their content. Now you have to log-in to access articles. The result? They delete all their links. Actually they still exist, but Google doesn't see it anymore.... So it's like they don't exist. So I'm asking you, what do you think will be the future of medias? What will happen for us as SEO guys? Do we have to focus on the ones that have non-protected contents?...

Hey, Does anyone have any advice on how to approach outreach for an ecommerce site? We're in the process of doing user guides, for niche products. I wondered if this was a good angle to approach relevant communities/sites. Or is this too time consuming for little value at the end? Is it PR outreach we should look to focus on? Thank you 🙂

B2B > Social Channels
Hi I work in ecommerce selling mainly B2B - I wanted to find out if anyone could recommend one social channel they've found worked well. We're a generalist, so sell a huge amount of different products, like office supplies, furniture etc to companies. We currently aren't really present on social and this is something I want to push - however with resource I think we'd only be able to focus on one at this point. LinkedIn & B2B Marketing/Brand Authority: How Useful Is It?
Hi Folks, I'm in the process of drawing up some detailed step by step marketing and content strategy guidelines and I'm currently researching LinkedIn as a platform and the potential benefits for B2B marketing on it and building brand authority. I'm coming across some conflicting data regarding how useful it is. Does anyone have any experience or opinions on the viability of LinkedIn for B2B marketing and building brand authority? A couple of questions would be: Is it a viable B2B marketing platform? Is it a good place to build brand and industry authority? What techniques would you concentrate on over others? What is the most appropriate way to invite writers and blogger to visit my hotel, in exchange for a review?
My client's own several hotels in Los Angeles. I thought it would be a good idea to ask writers and bloggers to visit the hotel, free of charge, in exchange for a review or write up. Of course, we want to be above board and up front with everything, including encouraging any review to be the truth and forthright, however I just not sure how best to ask them. Â Sometimes I ramble on and have trouble getting to the point and I know its really important here. Does anyone have any advice here? Many thanks!

Is it a good idea to participate in review / giveaway bloggers
Hi, I sell Gift Baskets for children and the best customers are Moms. Is it a good idea to participate in review / giveaway mom bloggers? The way it works I give the blogger a product to review. They write their true experience with the Gift Basket and they link to my site Then we do a few product giveaway to moms / (bloggers subscriber) once a month. Then moms will review the winning products. To participate in drawing moms will visit my site, follow my tweeter. Like or dislike me on Facebook……. For each action they do they will get one extra chance on drawing. In here I will get few links to different page of the site. Are these links are good links?  I am not paying cash to buy the link. But I give them product to review and they get to keep it. Simply Sassy Media at  http://simplysassymedia.com/ is a good example. they manage and connect me to a lot of the blogger sites.

Looking for examples of a B2B brand spinning off B2C products on to separate websites
Does anyone have any good examples or case studies? Right now I'm working on a site with both B2B and B2C products crowded onto one site. I'd love to find some examples of companies that have built their online B2B brand separately from their consumer products. I found the Constructive Playthings case study on Marketing Sherpa but nothing else.
