Just got the access to this, but my campaigns don't seem to be showing. Anyone know why this might be?
-
Yes, we do update you via email once the issue is resolved. If you haven't had an update via email yet, then the engineers are most likely still investigating the issue.
There are also number of reasons that you may be seeing a discrepancy in numbers such as traffic, fans/followers, and engagement that would not be related to a bug. For example, if the site is being shared or even visited through a link shortener, such as bit.ly, we would also not be able to include that information since the social APIs don't follow the redirect and just provide us with share and traffic data for the specific URL. Also, we can only show interactions and fans for public accounts, so anyone who likes a page or a post from a private account would not be included in your metrics, as a limitation of Facebook's API. Also, i
I recommend following up again in the email with any further issues you are experiencing. This will allow Abe, who is managing your ticket, to send that information directly over to our engineers.

Hi Ithvac,
Would be best to send them mail(as issue being serious and technical).. Specially ur question has answered status it might take time they recognize it or even do not check it at all because they are busy in general.. Contacting via mail (help@moz.com) might save some time which is equal to cash most of the time..

I was wondering if when the engineers do solve the problem, if you are notified via email when they close the case. My number of visits is more accurate, but my social numbers are still off. I just want to make sure I know when they are done working on it so I can address any other issues that occur.
-
Unfortunately, it really depends on what is causing the issue. Most issues can be resolved within the week but I can't make any guarantees on how long it may take to resolve a bug in the system. I'm sorry about that.
-
If a case gets escalated to the engineers how long does it generally take to find a solution for the problem?
-
Hey There,
I am really sorry that you are having some trouble with the data in your campaigns. I'm afraid it is very difficult for us to address these issues through the Q&A forum, so I would recommend that you send an email to help@moz.com that includes your campaign name and account email with a description of the issues you are seeing. That will allow is to investigate the issue directly and forward the information to our engineering department so they can get your campaign information updated.
I look forward to hearing from you there soon.

it crawls my campaigns ,but the data isn't accurate and when I try to look at certain things, like pages with highest page authority, it will say updating check again in 24 hours. I also added my fb page to social and it hasn't imported my number of fans or anything, all it shows is visits from people on facebook. I'm still looking for suggestions or a proper solution!

Is Moz more accurate than Ahrefs ?
When I check my this website https://joinpakarmy.com.pk/ on Moz it gives me DA 3

But when I check it out on Ahrefs, it tells me there is no authority for this site.
So who is more accurate in the result?

Moz Rankings vs DuckDuckGo
Hello, So we have a client that’s only interested in a handful of keywords. We would like track his rankings through a Moz Campaign but he currently uses Duck Duck Go to check them. Strictly from an accuracy perspective (and not necessarily added features like Mobile Rankings) is there any arguments we could use to convert them to Moz? If not we will let them know but any input would be appreciated. Looking forward to hearing from all of you! Thank you in advance for the help. Best,

Lack of UK Keyword Volume Data In Moz
Is it just me or is there a considerable lack of keyword Volume data for UK Google search terms on Moz? I have 53 keywords and not a single one has any keyword volume data - these are not obscure terms and include the following as examples... leather satchel, leather laptop bag, satchels, leather bag, leather backpack, leather school satchel. Without this information aren't a lot of the services offered by Moz rather academic as it is impossible to know which terms are really worth targeting. What is the solution? I could use US data and hope it is similar but this seems close to a deal breaker for UK subscribers.

Has anyone had to deal with Moz crawl issues on their Zendesk support site?
If so - how did you end up resolving them? For instance we have 85 "temporary redirect" errors from our Zendesk support site in our crawl error report and we don't have access to the robots.txt file through Zendesk.

Why do my search results differ from MOZ's rank tracker
This is starting to happen a lot, i mean they weren't always an exact match but they differed by a few places. But now the gap between results I'm getting and MOZ's own rank tracker is quite large. For my keyword my page ranks on MOZ at 39 (it was 25 but has slipped down). Im seeing my page on page 1 locally and page 2 in incognito mode. Now I understand there are other factors such as browser history, cookies, am i logged into gmail etc. Thats why I asked colleagues to use Internet explorer and they have nothing to do with SEO so their history wont affect the search. They report seeing it on page 2, even colleagues in a different office in a different city sees it on page 2. I want to contact the department in question and share the good news that they've gone from none existent to 14th in what is a very competitive area. But MOZ's result has be second guessing whether I should. Any ideas why the gap between results is so large? Thanks

Keyword research in Moz - Am I missing something?…
I'm fairly new at SEO and am still trying out MOZ. I'm finding myself wishing that Moz had a broader set of tools for keyword research, but am wondering if maybe I'm just missing something. Am I correct in saying that there is no place within Moz that you can get keyword ideas, select/organize keywords, find new/related keywords? I've appreciated the keyword difficulty tool and have played around with Moz Analytics keyword tracking, but these don't help with the broader keyword research aspect. The various tutorials talk about using Google AdWords Keyword Planner and other tools to do that job. But with all that Moz can do, it just seems backwards to do lots of copying-pasting from other tools into Moz, or to have to rely on old excel spreadsheets to organize keywords. It seems that life would be much easier if Moz would be able to pull that kind of external research information in, like Raven does. That way you do most of your research within Moz – allowing you to organize/evaluate potential keywords BEFORE choosing the ones you would like to test for difficulty or track. That way you could simply select the desired keywords and add them to your tracked list. The way it is now, even the one research tool that Moz does have (keyword difficulty) does not allow for an easy way to track or manage a chosen set of keywords. For example, after doing some keyword difficulty analysis, I've chose 5 keywords. To add these 5 to the tracked keywords in a specific campaign I can't just select them and say "track keywords > in xxx campaign". From what I've understood, I must copy-and-paste them into the manage keyword section of the desired campaign. To me this all feels a bit awkward. But since I'm new at this, maybe I'm just missing something? Or maybe it's unrealistic to expect a single tool to address all my SEO needs?
