Inconsistent NAP / Space in Street Name
-
I have an issue with an address. Some sources use a space in it, others do not.
For example:
'123 Blue Berry Road' is recognized by Google, various other sites and Google will correct the search if not using the space.'123 Blueberry Road' is recognized by the USPS.
To make things more complicated, the road is split between 3 towns. 1 of which is recognized by Google as the proper usps validated 'Blueberry Road'
And as if it couldn't get even more complicated than that, the address is recognized by USPS as a different town than the location is actually in or taxed as. But that's not really the problem, because everyone agrees that the wrong town is how USPS recognizes it and that will be that. It's just the space that is the issue.
How much of an affect will this have either way I go with it?
Thanks in advance!

@pg181 Thanks for bringing your question here. Good news is, the space should not have any significant impact if you use whatever Google's preferred version is within Google's own product. The town issue may confuse customers who are new in the area though, but there's nothing you can do about this other than advocating for the USPS to get it right.

Changing Business Address on Google Profile & Citations
Hello, I'm looking to change a business address to a new one on a Google business profile (still in the same area but on a different street). So, I'll need to update all citations and website with the new address - Is it recommended to update the citations & website first, and then change the address on the Google business profile, or vice-versa? Looking to do this as safely as possible without negatively impacting the rankings much. I'm seeing a lot of conflicting information on this. Thanks in advance.

I was using the Yoast plugin and for more than ten years and my keywords were always in the top twenty with many in the top five. I then moved over to rank math plugin and things were fine. Then i saw all my posts and pages go our of serps with not a single page in seps. I looked at the plugin and saw that it was still working fine but my subscription ran out two months previous. none of my brand news articles appear in serps. All my posts are indexed but not one of them in serps and not one of my keywords are ranked. Can anyone please let me know what to do to solve this

Only my homepage ranks for my keywords, should I delete my other pages?
I am an independent artist and all of my business inquiries come through my website (www.ChrisCarlsonArt.com). Over the last 6 months I have been trying to get pages other than my homepage to rank for my keywords, but I haven't made any progress. I worry that I am cannibalizing my keywords since my pages all have similar information. Should I just delete my other pages and focus on ranking my homepage? Also, if I delete my other pages will that have a negative impact on my rankings?

Organic SEO / Content Marketing
Hi,
SEO Tactics | | Ryan07
It would be great if some SEO experts could answer this for us. Suppose a website is brand new. How often should you publish new blog posts on the website?
Publishing, say, every single day or fairly frequently, without the offsite seo being built up first i.e. no backlinks; can this damage the organic SEO?
By publishing too much new written work, and could posting so frequently like everyday look like spam? That’s if though the written work is white hat.
Is there a golden rule to publish say once a month until the website’s offsite backlinks have increased?
Please help, as some clients are pushing for content marketing to be added and written daily, yet this seems too much despite them wanting to pay, it seems like it could cause an over optimisation issue? Could it also damage the long-term SEO efforts?0 -

Collections or blog posts for Shopify ecommerce seo?
Hi, hope you guys can help as I am going down a rabbit hole with this one! We have a solid-ranking sports nutrition site and are building a new SEO keyword strategy on our Shopify built store. We are using collections (categories) for much of the key product-based seo. This is because, as we understand it, Google prioritises collection/category pages over product pages. Should we then build additional collection pages to rank for secondary product search terms that could fit a collection page structure (eg 'vegan sports nutrition'), or should we use blog posts to do this? We have a quality blog with good unique content and reasonable domain authority so both options are open to us. But while the collection/category option may be best for SEO, too many collections/categories could upset our UX. We have a very small product range (10 products) so want to keep navigation fast and easy. Our 7 lead keyword collection pages do this already. More run the risk of upsetting ease/speed of site navigation. On the other hand, conversion rate from collection pages is historically much better than blog pages. We have made major technical upgrades to the blog to improve this but these are yet to be tested in anger. So at the heart of it all - do you guys recommend favouring blog posts or collection/category pages for secondary high sales intent keywords? All help gratefully received - thanks!
