Good Example of Local Pages With Multiple Services

Can I get a site that is well optimized and has a good landing page for a business that serves multiple regions with multiple services.
For example they may have construction and mold removal services and serve Indianapolis, Columbus Ohio, Louisville Ky.

It depends how much good content you can create.
If you can create great content, then having a single service per page might be the best approach. But the content needs to be unique enough across not only services, but your locations as well.
As far as looking for more guidance, read How do I build the perfectly optimized page? by Rand Fishkin - with your keywords being your location and service. Then read The 2013 Local Search Ranking Factors to figure out how to get your page to rank in the local results. And for fun you can take a look at The 2013 Local Search Ecosystems to get a complete understanding of how the different local directories interact with each other.
My best advice is to try it out... if it works, GREAT. If it doesn't, try something else. It is very rare that you will hit a homerun on the first try. So document your steps and processes and figure out what works for you. OR try different approaches on each of your locations and see what is working best and adopt the best practices to the other locations (if that makes sense).

Noah - you can do either or just make sure the page content offers value and is unique content. You can put your sales message above the fold if you want. That's usually the way I handle it.

I see so many varied methods and a lot of them look to be done incorrectly yet they out rank me at times.
Would I set up 1 page for each city, with info on all of the services? Or 1 page for each city and service. So Columbus would have 2 pages, one for construction, one for mold

Ideally you'd want to have different landing pages for each Indianapolis, Columbus Ohio, and Louisville KY.
You'd do onpage optimization on each of those landing pages for your service and the location (including the physical address and phone number of your office location), as well as offpage optimization in the business directories on GetListed.org.
As far as examples, you should analyze your competitors that are winning in your space and improve upon what they are already doing to get to where they are.

Will it help/hinder our local seo by including our local adress on multiple pages?
We have a large website that targets the whole UK. It has landing pages for every town in the UK. For the towns that this particular business has a bricks and mortar hq, we have set up a local/places page. We then added the corresponding places adress to the appropriate town page on the website. This is just a handful compared to the 3,000,000 towns our site aims to rank for. Question: Would it help or hinder our SEO efforts to add the local addresses to other town pages in close proximity to the original? For instance say we have a places address for croydon in London. Would it hurt to add this address to pages that target towns near croydon, such as Mitcham. All opinions greatly appreciated. Cheers!

Ranking Differences for Google+ Local vs. Places Listings
I'm seeing some odd behavior with Google+ Local and Google Places listings for clients. I'm wondering if anyone else is seeing it... Here's the situation: We've recently bought on 4 new clients that all have duplicate listing issues, and, weirdly, all have both places and a Google+ local created listings. For three of those four, the Google+ local listing is outranking the Places account for a brand name search (e.g. Dr. John Doe). Weirdly, in one instance, the Google+ local account that is outranking the Places page is named in a less accurate fashion. e.g searching for "Dr. John Doe" the rankings look like this... A) John Doe Plastic Surgery, P.C. - Dr. John Doe B) Dr. John Doe, MD Anyone else seeing this sort of behavior? How are you creating local listings for clients these days - via the places dashboard, or Google+ Local?

Google+ Local Assistance (Listings being reviewed)
Hey guys, My client is having issues with his Google+ pages and I'm wondering if someone can shine some light on the issue for me... Basically the client has two businesses, both using the same residential address. The page was ranking well until a week ago, when it disappeared from search results and was listed in the dashboard as "Under Review." I've heard horror stories about this -- examples of Google taking months to review pages and make a decision, and I'm wondering if if might be better to just delete the under review pages and start over (hiding the address on the new listing to comply). Google Local Result - wrong decription
A client's description in their Google Places result is incorrect. It looks as though it may have been cached several months ago with incorrect data. Note: By description I am referring to the text that appears directly under the URL and directly above the "places page" link on a results page, not the local listing "description". Any suggestions as to how this can be fixed? All the information on their local page is correct. The website's meta-description is correct. The organic results listing has the correct description. Any tips would be awesome. Thanks,

Google Places - Local Search - Not ranking when 100% complete?
Hi I have followed the examples set by David Mihm and fully completed a Google Places listing - with the geographical area covering the area that it serves along with lots of local citations but when searching on google for 'accountants swansea' it is way down on page 4 of the places results. Does it take time for Google to recognise these changes to Places listings or is my listing incorrect to attract a high listing for the search phrase. Looking at the competition many of them have not optimised or done anything with their listings pages so I am at a loss to explain why the listing is doing so badly. Meaning Behind Google Local Search Results Icons?
I can't seem to easily find this answer anywhere (even in the Google Places FAQ page), so thought I'd stop digging around and simply ask it here: What are the meanings behind the icons to the right of the link and to the left of the "place page" link in Google's local search results? I see a checkmark/question mark in a circle, then a bar chart with various levels filled in, then a dollar sign in a circle, then a magnifying glass. 1. What are these telling me, as a searcher? 2.
