CRO - Who are the best sources on this topic?

I've got a good handle on SEO and am starting to offer my clients CRO services to optimize on the traffic I'm bringing to their websites. I know the basics of CRO, but have no idea where to look online for authoritative websites on the subject. What are some of your recommendations on websites to take advice from?

I like their newsletter.

Each site seems to have their own niche, and usually offers a service for that.
Conversion Rate Experts- for methodology and what questions must be asked before setting up a test.
Unbounce- for landing page optimization. (and they have a pretty cool 30 day landing page course http://do.thelandingpagecourse.com/)
Crazy Egg- for engagement and heatmaps.
Visual Website Optimizer- for a/b testing, reaching statistical significance on tests.

What's the Best Method of Content Distribution
This question is both specific and open ended. I have a new web project I've been working on content for. I paid to have a really sweet research article written and I am in the process of turning it into an info-graphic as well. Being that the the website is so new it doesn't have many customers and few to no blog readership. Now that I will soon have great content for the site should I : A. Post on the Blog ? Best Practices in Choose The Right "Meta Description Tag"
Hi there! In the "Meta Description Tag" we use some relevant-descriptive-useful-for-the-users keywords and we keep the length about 155 characters. In your opinion guys, is a good idea to add at the end of the "Meta Description Tag" a strong "call to action"? Maybe with some capital letter? Does it sound strange to Google? Even if this improve the Click Through on the SERPs? What are the best SEO practice to deal with "Meta Description Tag"?

Google adsense what is the best way to display the ads
Hi. I am using google adsense and trying to find the best way to have them on my pages but being knew i am not sure the best way to lay them out. I am playing around with the pages and would love to see some good examples of adsense pages that work. CRM, CRO and Google Analytics
Hi, I am making a paid marketing, and organic too, at the moment i am promoting a small product, peoples are signup every day, but i cannot meassure from which keyword which signup(CRO) do you know any software or something like that, to use together with google analytics and google adwords, and to monitor conversions and to know which keyword is bringing me sales and which not.
