Unsolved Site showing up in Google search results for irrelevant keywords

Hi there, one of my client's sites is showing up in Google search results / getting a lot of site traffic from keywords that while very close to words we're actually trying to target on the site, are irrelevant for the client and their site content. Does anyone have ideas of how to address this?

Have you tried changing the Meta Titles, that way google will update the content or the visibility of the website according to the right keyword. Did it numerous times with the site(sure.bet) I was working at...

There are one of two possible reasons for this to be happening. Your site was hacked, and keywords were injected into the HTML creating this problem.
Or, your content needs to be improved, and you need to create a semantic content network with Query and Document Templates.it's either malware or
You have to create higher-quality content than the other guy.This is a list of what needs to be done to improve content drastically.
How to exceed quality thresholds?
To exceed quality thresholds, implement the methodologies below.-
Use factual sentence structures. (X is known for Y → X does Y)

Use research and university studies to prove the point. (X provides Y → According to X
University research from Z Department, on C Date, the P provides Y) -
Be concise, do not use fluff in the sentence. (X is the most common Y → X is Y with D%)
*Include branded images with a unique composition.

Have unique n-grams and phrase combinations to show the originality of the document.

Include multiple examples, data points, data sets, and percentages for each information point.

Google search console 380,000 spam backlinks
Hi guys, I recently suffered a major negative seo attack against my site, with more than 380K spam backlinks using more than 5k domains. Because of this, I'm having serious problems tracking my site's statistics in GSC due to the limit of only 1000 query lines. Google is ranking only home page not even considering to rank other pages!
Hey Community! I am facing an ranking issue, I am trying to rank on multiple quires with my sub-pages. The issue is homepage is ranking on every single query. Even the homepage's content is not relevant to that query! I have made sure to remove any sort of content relevancy from homepage which i trying to rank with my sub-pages. Is it worth buying an entry on Wikipedia-type sites?
Recently I've come across a few websites offering (for a fee) to research, write and publish an entry on the likes of Wikipedia, Citizendium or Wikitia - I thought this might be helpful when it comes to marketing and link building for a brand or individual. Purchasing guest blog posts is a standard way to obtain a high domain authority in-context backlink, but I wondered if purchasing an entry on one of these human edited encyclopedias would be as effective, better or not worth the money? It costs quite a bit more than guest posting and blog outreach, but on the other hand they are authoritative websites that also include backlinks. Any thoughts would be most welcome.

How can I make a list of all URLs indexed by Google?
I have a large site with over 6000 pages indexed but only 600 actual pages and need to clean up with 301 redirects. Haven't had this need since Google stopped displaying the url's in the results.
