_1) I will keep growing FAQ in its current format. On my Blog I will make a Wistia video out of the FAQ and from the FAQ I will link to the Blog Video matching the FAQ. _
I would not continue to grow what's going to be duplicate content it would be much better if you simply answered the questions with the video and transcription via blog. So I have a question I go to your FAQ which stays in the same place it is now instead of clicking the question and having the answer popped down it takes me to the video/text answer on your blog. If you do not do it this way you will build up way too much duplicate content and your FAQ will work just fine by being a link to your blog ( interlinking to relevant content adds a lot of power to your site) if you are going to continue adding to the FAQ it should just be links to the answers on the blog.
2) "Speech Pad" is there a tool which automatically gives me the content spoken accurately or how does it work?
The speech tool is extremely accurate it is performed by real human beings, and the pricing varies on how long you want to wait. For instance they charge by the minute and if you want to wait more than 24 hours it gets a lot cheaper.
on whiteboard Fridays when normally Rand or another guest speaker does a presentation every Friday they use
Video transcription by Speechpad.com
you can even take a look by going to one of the whiteboard Fridays and looking at the bottom of the text underneath the video
http://moz.com/blog/weighting-the-clusters-of-ranking-factors-in-google-analytics-whiteboard-friday
Google and human beings like the ability to read if it's an option. Especially the deaf a group that is left out of a lot of websites using video unfortunately but remember Google wants you to have an accessible site for everyone so if it's handicapped accessible it's not only good for and user it's also great for you because of the text it creates and the proof that you are trying to make the end-user experience the best you can.
I would only use the 2nd level in the pricing I would not consider using just translate because you want to have it captioned inside the video as well.
I would use their "Standard Captions"
https://www.speechpad.com/offerings/services/compare
https://www.speechpad.com/captions
Wistia Has their own tool that is described
"Pair captions with your video to boost SEO and improve accessibility.
Upload your own time-coded captions or have us create one. Then, display as captions on top of the video. The captions text will be included with the embed code to help with SEO. "
_3) I will 301 redirect sub-domain current blog posts to new URL's in sub-folder. _
_ exactly you will_
http://white.net/noise/5-wordpress-seo-subdomain-to-subfolder-migration-steps/
http://pixert.com/blog/moving-wordpress-blog-from-a-subdomain-to-a-subfolder/
Who is your hosting provider? this matters because some will do it for you others will not.
4) http://www.seerinteractive.com/blog/100-panda-recovery-what-we-learned-to-identify-issues-get-your-traffic-back - this was a GREAT read. Easy to understand and makes sense. I liked concept of linking to deep pages, as way to often we all focus on inter-linking to BIG keywords, which isn't always most natural way…
Interlinking is a fantastic method of getting link juice to flow through your entire site and helping users navigate your site more easily. It's a win-win
there is a tool called scribecontent.com you can get it for free if you use websynthesis.com as a WordPress host however you can just buy the plug-in it really does wonders.
_5) I have a LOT of "read more" which expands when clicked on. It is best for user as you can see here: http://www.honoluluhi5.com/kahala-homes-real-estate/ - do you see that as a potential issue? _
I would make it more conspicuous because you want readers to be able to understand what's going on. I would not have known personally that page had a read more because of its placement it's very small, and it's on the top right most "read more" links are at the bottom of a page and you easily find them because when you're done reading you click read more. I would restructure that or make the link into a button that is much more conspicuous
** the feed the bot tool was able to find your text however I found some pretty big problems your developers decided to make one of your photographs 3000 pixels?**
** that's crazy it's just going to slowly down, and it's a very bad idea to make oversized photographs you need to make the photographs the exact size that they should be. 3000 pixels is too large for almost any monitor in the world except for those ridiculously sized 4K monitors if you use Google analytics you'll see most people use under 1200 pixels total width in their entire monitor**
** another issue is that they failed to use alt text properly or put it in**
** take your URL that you gave me and put it into this**
http://www.feedthebot.com/tools/alt/
http://www.honoluluhi5.com/kahala-homes-real-estate/
** you will find that the developers did not put alt text in and when they did they sometimes made it 9 words it needs to be a very short quick description of a photograph**
"
Above image has 12 words in the alt text.
The ALT text of this image appears to be following the Google guidelines, but has a lot of words. You may want to ensure the ALT text is describing the image, not just repeating key words."
You have a problem with your developers why would they put something like this in your site?
** then you have this issue it's a big one it looks like they're trying to profit by getting Google plus clicks for themselves on your website I've seen people put their URL on a sight built by so-and-so but a pop-up Google + wow if that was put there by your developers to give them Google + points you should call them and ask them exactly how that will benefit your site to have them put something that is against Google's guidelines on your website so that the developer ranks and you don't? I would be very upset with them if this is the case. Look at the screenshot below.**

and another big problem
sorry to have to tell you this really quickly your using Wistia and not using its SEO/ super embeds therefore your not allowing Google to see that you have a video therefore no ranking for videos in Google you need to go into to Wistia and go into the embed choice choose SEO embed and place that where you have an i frame something that cannot be read by Google
<iframe src="<a class="webkit-html-attribute-value webkit-html-resource-link" href="http://fast.wistia.net/embed/iframe/76kiexp41x?videoWidth=728&videoHeight=435&videoFoam=true" target="_blank">http://fast.wistia.net/embed/iframe/76kiexp41x?videoWidth=728&videoHeight=435&videoFoam=true" allowtransparency="true" frameborder="0" scrolling="no" class="wistia_embed" name="wistia_embed" width="728" height="435"></iframe src="<a>
you have a choice and your choice should always be SEO embed for your own website with the ability to allow people to copy your IFrame embed because they will simply drive links back to your website if they put it on theirs
look at a screenshot I just took of one of my Wistia accounts see how you have the choice this is how you should choose

I hope I have answered everything.
Sincerely,
