    We are changing CMS from WordPress to Uberflip.  If there is a URL that remains the same I believe we should not create a redirect. However, what happens to the old page? Should it be deleted?

    We have a promotion landing page which earned some valuable inbound links. Now that the promotion is over, we have redirected this page to a current "evergreen" page. But in the search results page on Google, the original promotion landing page is still showing as a top result. When clicked, it properly redirects to the newer evergreen page. But, it's a bit problematic for the original promo page to show in the search results because the snippet mentions specifics of the promo which is no longer active. So, I'm wondering what would be the net impact of using the "removal request " tool for the original page in GSC. If we don't use that tool, what kind of timing might we expect before the original page drops out of the results in favor of the new redirected page? And if we do use the removal tool on the original page, will that negate what we are attempting to do by redirecting to the new page, with regard to preserving inbound link equity?

    Hi, We have a project https://www.shipwaves.me/ and https://www.shipwaves.com/ and however if we are doing SEO for .me domain - is this give early results like as .com domain. I'm not sure that .me is in the category of .me domains.  Well, if we are following the same strategy as like following for .com domains - is that the results will be the same or not. Also, in terms of any additional strategy to be done to make the SEO little faster for the .me domain. Guys, please share your thought on this.

    Just want to know how long will Google take to Disavow a link? I uploaded my file on 18 Dec 2020 and today is 5th January 2021 and still, that link is appearing in my Search Console in Top linking domains. Anyone who recently done this practice and how long it took?     Hey guys, I have moved my website to http://www to https:/www. I use a plugin called Really Simple SSL on Wordpress. Now I have 12,000 permanent 301 redirects. It seems like my whole site has been moved. Is this the right way to do it? I am quite new to SEO and I quite don't understand if this is good or bad. From my intuition, it seems like a lot of redirects for Google bot to crawl through. Is there a better way to move to HTTPS without all these redirects? Thank you. Paul

    I am quite vague about this concept, a few years ago it was quite effective and I used it to evaluate the quality of the website. But lately, I have a headache because some of the DA, PA pages are lower than my website (This keyword doing SEO: Intel core i9) but the rank is still higher.

    In WordPress I added %%page%% saved changes and ran a test in Moz and screaming frog, it doesn't show any duplicates. But when I open the site up in a new browser the duplicate titles are still there. No access to the PHP file due to the theme the client chose also. Any suggestions anyone?

    |   |   | But when I see the page in google search results for (museum studies graduate programs), This is how it appears in the search results. It is showing the breadcrumbs from the page. I am not sure why is google is treating the page like this. It was not like that 5 months back. Nothing much changed in page and google is displaying the page content like this . How can I fix this?

    Hi everyone I'm currently under an SEO issue and wish some advices about it. My problem is that, Google doesn't show the great pages within the SERPs regarding the languages. In fact, I translated some content in Italian, German, French etc ... When someone use the branding name of the project to seek out it by google, if this guy is French, German, music or something else, Google shows English version within the results. I in fact would really like google showing the German version for a German guy within the SERP ... I already made properly my hreflang tags. Some tips to repair it? Thanks tons in advance!

    Hi fellow Moz SEOs, We have a bigger client who we just did an SEO Site Audit for, and it was discovered that they have several domain names that are simply 301 redirecting to their main domain name. One of their domains in particular is decades old, and the client is asking if there is any value in keeping it (and the others), or simply leaving them as-is.     The Moz bot user agent detection settings are able to read Universal, but the Single Page Application (SPA) version partially loads on the website before Universal. Because of this, Moz (and possibly search engines) think we have massive duplicate content issues. For example, the crawl report said a particular product page (which has about 1,000 words) has 33,000 words and has duplicate content with over 300 other pages. This makes me believe it's only picking up the SPA version. Has anyone come across this, and what would be the fix?

    We have multiple service area pages attached to the primary keyword for the site which arent in the navigation and we have the primary page which is in the navigation. Currently Google is choosing different service area pages to rank for the primary keyword so the rankings bounce around a lot for the keyword when it doesn't have a service area target in it. Eg work shirts vs work shirts brisbane.

    Hello great Moz contributors, I'm working on a 4-months-old site https://www.voxlyrics.com/, which I didn't see improvement after the Google December core update. What I'm facing right now is that my newly published posts take a lot of time to index on Google search results and it affecting my performance. While my competitor's sites index in less than a minute. I could've used the Google index tool which they removed a few months ago assumed they bring the feature back. Meanwhile, my site passed web.dev test perfect what happens very rarely. Is there any other thing needed to be done so that my posts will be indexing in less than a minute? Any help will be appreciated!
