Static content pages ranking dropping all the time

Hello all. I have been working three months in my current job in the hotel industry. I have been publishing a lot of content to our website (mainly articles), which in general have been ranking well and really boosted our website traffic.
The problem that I am facing, though, is the fact that our static pages' rankings are basically constantly dropping. Especially one of our main pages, which is this hotel page. I haven't been doing any real changes to the content, but the ranking (with keywords "hotelli helsinki" [Hotel in Helsinki in Finnish]) has plummeted from 13th position all the way down to 19th...
What has been happening during these last three months is that we did change to a new domain and we have done all the redirections and also informed Google about this change through search console. I have also done some minor changes to the on-page content, such as changing the meta titles and descriptions as well as the page title and some of the text content to more natural ones instead of clumsy SEO texts and optimizing the images. This hasn't helped at all though and the rankings seem to steadily drop all the time.
What would YOU do with this page? Maybe add more text content to the page to be more informative? All tips would be highly appreciated.

@tom-capper thank you Tom. When I look at the first page of Google with this search query, information sites and comparison sites (such as Booking.com) tend to do well. But what also has happened is that some individual hotels have passed us in the rankings.
I did some minor changes to our on-page content last week, which saw us climbing to 15th position again with this query. Also on other website someone gave me a tip about user experience and he mentioned that for example the H1 title is too far down in the page and that there are multiple blocks on the page, before the actual text content starts...
These are of course things that I need to talk about with our coders and see if we can find a solution.
One other thing mentioned is the website speed, which seems bad, but in Google Search Console's page experience report, we are getting 90% acceptance for mobile and 76% for desktop, so this should not be an issue in Google's eyes...

Although some of the changes you mention (especially the domain shift) can commonly result in ranking changes, it's important to remember that changes in your ranking are not necessarily the result of things that happened on your own site.
Changes to Google's algorithm, or to competitor sites, are at least as likely to be responsible.
What are the sites that have overtaken you in the last few months? Are they a similar intent (i.e. individual hotels vs. comparison sites vs. information sites)? Are they better known? Similar page content? Higher Page Authority? etc. etc.
The explanations often lie in the answers to questions like these.

Unsolved Duplicate Contents in Order Pages of Multiple Products
Hi, I have a website containing 30 software products. Each product has an order page. The problem is that the layout and content of these 30 order pages are very similar, except for the product name, for example: https://www.datanumen.com/access-repair-order/

https://www.datanumen.com/word-repair-order/ Siteliner has reports these pages as duplicate contents. I am thinking of noindex these pages. However, in such a case, if a user search for "DataNumen Outlook Repair order page", then he will not be able to see the order page of our product, which drives the revenue go away. Unsolved Landing pages report has no data even if I have ranking keywords and traffic
Is there any reason my landing page report does not include data for pages? I'm sure there is organic traffic on them, and I have tracked the correct keywords. Any similar insight will be helpful.

Unsolved Have we been penalised?
Hey Community, We need help! Have we been penalised, or is there some technical SEO issue that is stopping our service pages from being properly read? GSC: https://gyazo.com/c1d689aff3506d5d4194848e625af6ec There is no manual action within GSC and we have historically ranked page 1 for super competitive keywords. After waiting some time thinking it was an error, we have then have taken the following actions: Launched new website. Rewrote all page content (except blog posts). Ensured each page passes core web vitals. Submitted a backlink detox. Removed a website that was spoofing our old one. Introduced strong pillar and cluster internal link structure. After 3 months of the new website, none of our core terms has come back and we are struggling for visibility. We still rank for some super long-tail keywords but this is the lowest amount of visibility we have had in over 5 years. Every time we launch a blog post it does rank for competitive keywords, yet the old keywords are still completely missing. It almost feels like any URLs that used to rank for core terms are being penalised. So, I am wondering whether this is a penalisation (and what algorithm), or, there is something wrong with the structure of our service pages for them to not rank. Look forward to hearing from you

Dealing with thin content/95% duplicate content - canonical vs 301 vs noindex
My client's got 14 physical locations around the country but has a webpage for each "service area" they operate in. They have a Croydon location. But a separate page for London, Croydon, Essex, Luton, Stevenage and many other places (areas near Croydon) that the Croydon location serves. Each of these pages is a near duplicate of the Croydon page with the word Croydon swapped for the area. I'm told this was a SEO tactic circa 2001. Obviously this is an issue. So the question - should I 301 redirect each of the links to the Croydon page? Or (what I believe to be the best answer) set a rel=canonical tag on the duplicate pages). Creating "real and meaningful content" on each page isn't quite an option, sorry!

What is important for page rank?
I have heard quality is the most important factor for page rank but after the 7 Nov 11 PR update I am no longer a believer. The PR on my home page dropped from 4 to 3 and the rest of my inside pages remained the same even though I have added a significant amount of content since the previous update and kept it fresh. Any thoughts on this most recent PR update?
